Dear
Editor,
Here
is my Trump report card, for the week of Dec. 10.
*
Sixteen women have accused Trump of sexual misconduct and along with fifty-nine
congresswomen called for a congressional investigation. Rep. Lois Frankel:
"No man or woman is above the law,"
*
RNC Nebraska official Joyce Simmons resigns to protest Trump and the
committee's financial support for Roy Moore.
*GOP
Elizabeth Shackelford from the State Department wrote a blistering resignation
letter: “the agency's influence has withered in part because of the ‘stinging
disrespect’ shown by the Trump administration.”
*
Non-partisan PWBM from Trump’s business school alma mater: “Even with
assumptions favorable to economic growth, the Senate TCJA increases debt
by over $1.5 trillion dollars over the next decade”. The
report’s three key findings contradict every claim that Republican
advocates of the bill make.
*
Trump tweets that Senator Kirsten Gellibrand
will “do anything for money” in a thinly disguised sexual harassment post.
*
Trump’s FCC votes to overturn net neutrality, which saves us from paying extra
for Internet/cable.
*
Fourteen former U.S. government officials, from Republican/Democratic
administrations co-wrote an amicus brief disputing Trump’s claims of no Russian
meddling.
